These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and S-KO Personal Care. By browsing our website, creating an account, or purchasing any of our personal care formulations, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or accessing under parental supervision.

Our services, products, and website content are provided strictly for your personal, non-commercial use. Any unauthorized commercial reselling, copying, or redistribution of S-KO products is strictly prohibited.

Every S-KO product is developed with uncompromising attention to cosmetic performance, texture, and stability. We strive to present all formulation ingredients, volumes (ml/fl oz), scent profiles, and benefits as accurately as possible.

However, due to continuous formulation optimizations and variations in digital display calibrations, actual textures and shades may exhibit slight, non-material variations. We reserve the right to modify formula profiles or discontinue products without prior liability.

While our formulations are dermatologically tested, individual skin barriers and sensitivities vary. We advise customers to read all ingredient labels and perform a 24-hour patch test on a small patch of skin prior to full application.

• For external cosmetic use only. Avoid direct contact with internal eyes and open wounds.
• In the rare event of irritation, redness, or discomfort, discontinue use immediately and rinse thoroughly with cool water.
• S-KO is not liable for adverse reactions resulting from individual allergies, misuse, or application contrary to packaging guidelines.

All prices listed on the S-KO website are in USD ($) and are subject to change without prior notice. Applicable sales taxes and duties are calculated at checkout.

Payments are securely processed through industry-standard encrypted gateways (including 1-Click GoKwik Checkout and major credit/debit cards). S-KO reserves the right to decline, hold, or cancel any order suspected of fraudulent activity, automated bot purchases, or billing mismatches.

Orders are packed and dispatched from our logistics center within 1 to 2 business days. Express courier shipping is provided with real-time tracking notifications delivered via email and SMS.

While we work closely with tier-one express courier partners to ensure timely transit, S-KO cannot be held responsible for transit delays caused by customs clearance, extreme weather events, or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer.

Due to the personal nature and strict hygiene standards of personal care cosmetics, opened, unsealed, or used items cannot be returned or refunded.

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, please notify our client concierge at care@sko-care.com within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange an immediate replacement or store credit.

All intellectual property rights — including the S-KO brand name, logos, product names (e.g., Sweat Reset, No Wash Mist, Hair Aura, Fresh Start, Sun Kiss), graphic design, packaging, editorial photography, and copywriting — are the exclusive property of S-KO Personal Care.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable commercial laws. Any disputes arising in connection with our website or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
